1. Acceptance of terms

By visiting localtable.blog or making an enquiry through the site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated version.

2. About Localtable

Localtable is a Bangkok-based marketplace connecting guests with local hosts who run small-group experiences including market tours, hands-on cooking workshops, guided food and story walks through Phra Nakhon's old quarter, and open-air movement sessions in riverside parks. All experiences are described as general recreation and community activities. No health, therapeutic, medical, or professional outcomes are implied or claimed.

3. Eligibility and user obligations

The site and its experiences are intended for adults aged 18 and older, unless a specific session listing notes otherwise. By making a reservation, you confirm that you are at least 18, or that you are a parent or guardian booking on behalf of a minor where the session permits younger guests.

You agree to provide accurate contact information when submitting an enquiry and to communicate honestly with Localtable and session hosts.

4. Bookings and payments

Reservations are made by submitting the enquiry form on this site. A booking is not confirmed until Localtable sends a written confirmation by email. Prices are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and reflect the per-person rate at the time of booking. We accept Thai bank transfer (PromptPay), major credit and debit cards, and cash by arrangement. Payment in full secures your place; no spot is held without it.

Prices may change between an initial enquiry and the time of booking if a significant period has passed. Confirmed bookings are priced at the rate agreed in the written confirmation.

5. Cancellations, changes, and refunds

We understand plans change. Our standard policy is:

• More than 72 hours before the session — full refund or free rescheduling to another available date.
• 48–72 hours before the session — rescheduling to another date at no charge; refunds at our discretion.
• Less than 48 hours before the session — we are not able to offer a refund, but we'll do our best to find you a future date if circumstances allow.

If Localtable or a host needs to cancel a session, we will contact you promptly and offer a full refund or a rescheduled date — whichever you prefer. We will not cancel unless genuinely necessary (for example, in the event of extreme weather or circumstances beyond our control).

6. Intellectual property

All text, images, logos, and design elements on this site belong to Localtable or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the site for commercial purposes without our written consent. Taking personal photos during sessions for non-commercial use is welcome.

7. Acceptable use

When using this site or attending a session, you agree not to:

• Provide false information in an enquiry or booking.
• Behave in a way that disrupts other guests or the host during a session.
• Record or photograph other guests without their consent.
• Use content from this site for unauthorised commercial purposes.
• Attempt to access or interfere with site systems in any unauthorised way.

Localtable reserves the right to decline an enquiry or ask a guest to leave a session if their conduct is disrespectful or disruptive, without a refund in the latter case.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Localtable provides a platform connecting guests with independent local hosts. Hosts are not employees of Localtable. We take care to work with experienced hosts and to describe sessions accurately, but we cannot control every aspect of a live experience.

All experiences are general recreation and community activities. We make no claims about health, fitness, nutritional, or medical outcomes. Participation is at your own discretion. To the extent permitted by the laws of Thailand, Localtable's liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific session in question.

9. Third-party links

This site may contain links to third-party websites (for example, map providers or social media). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites, and linking does not imply endorsement.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from your use of this site or attendance at a session will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand, specifically those with competence in Bangkok.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time by posting an updated version with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the site after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
